WOMAN TRAINING is a variable-intensity training program that combines exercises to improve cardiovascular endurance, functional strength and core stability, always with pelvic floor health as a priority.

All of our MAMIfit® Woman Training sessions incorporate 15-18 minutes of MAMIfit® hipopressive technique by qualified trainers.

The program was born in 2015 to answer many women who, after going through our MAMIfit® Moms and Babies program and having readapted lumbo-pelvic stability, want to increase the intensity and impact of their sessions, while still caring for their pelvic floor and abdominal muscles
